Red velvet cocoa Powder

This luxurious product is naturally coloured with Beetroot extracts so making a red velvet cake or buttercream could not be easier. There is no need to add any colourant to get the red velvet colour. But be warned- it needs to be used in cake that has some form of acid in it like vinegar or lemon juice as beetroot naturally oxidises and goes brown while baking so having acid present in the batter will protect the great red colour of this product. Each jar holds 250 grams and bigger pack sizes can be packed on request.
